We’re here to help if your booking is affected by Covid-19

We understand that there is still a lot of uncertainty surrounding UK travel and holidays during 2021.

Please rest assured that we are here to help and will continue to support our guests, if your booking is affected as a result of further Covid-19 restrictions.

Our lockdown cancellation policy will protect your booking if:

•  There is a local or national lockdown due to Covid-19, that restricts your ability to travel during the dates of your holiday.
• The holiday cottage you have booked is legally closed to visitors, due to Covid-19 restrictions.

If you are unable to travel at the time of you booking please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know.

We will discuss your requirements and can either arrange:

• To reschedule your holiday to a later date at the same accommodation, free of charge, subject to availability.
• Offer you a full refund in the event of cancellation.
